Child's photo is shown age-progressed to 16 years. Child was abducted by his non-custodial father, Eduardo Arce Ochoa. A felony warrant for Concealment was issued for the abductor on August 27, 1987. Child has a spot on his left arm and may be using the last name Ochoa. The abductor dyes his hair brown, wears eyeglasses and may use the alias Marcelo.
